This fully equipped gym caters to the needs of both the serious athlete as well as those beginners just learning to work out with weights or trying to lose weight.  Dean has trained a long list of NPC Bodybuilding Trophy holders, an Olympian, as well as athletes participating in other sports such as track and boxing.

As many of you know, Dean managed Lee Haney’s WCFC for the last 5 years and has used his knowledge to help many gym members.  Dean’s clients still want his expertise and results as their Personal Trainer.  Dean is continuing his commitment of sharing this knowledge with his clients and fellow gym members with the opening of Dean Said Workout gym.
